WHAT IS OUT OF BOX ITEMS?

We only sell 100% brand new items. All Learning Curve/Tomy/Mattel branded Thomas items that we carry are authentic, made for the USA products. There is nothing wrong out of box items, they are all came from perfectly fine retail boxes, it is just that it does not come in individually wrapped retail packaging.


WHY YOU SELL OUT OF BOX ITEMS?

It is simply that there is a demand for them. Thomas Wooden Play System has been around for decades. A lot of parents inherit them from previous generation. Some parents may have own some basic pieces, but would like to expand. Instead of buying the whole set just to get the pieces they like, they came to us to pick out the necessary pieces to complete their layout. Usually these out of the box items are not sold in store individually. You will need to buy the whole set in order just to get the one piece that you like. So, some of them can be considered rare and hard to find items.


HOW TO DIFFERENTIATE AN IN BOX ITEM AND A NO BOX ITEM?

All product pages has either of these two color coded bar:


SHIPPING

We ship via FedEx, USPS Priority Mail, and USPS First Class Mail. We usually process order the next business day. When your order ships, you will receive an email with shipping and tracking information. You can use your tracking number on the carrier's website to trace your order.


SALES TAX

We are required by law to collect sales tax for items shipped to the state of Texas.


RETURN POLICY

Your complete satisfaction is our top priority! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of packages within 30 days of the sale date. We ask that the product is not used or expired, is in the same condition you received it, and is in the original undamaged box and/or packaging with all warranties, instructions, etc. intact.

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT?

Please email us for RMA #. To return any item(s), please pack the item and include the original packing slip. You can use the original box the item was shipped in if the size is appropropriate.
